You need to have a healthy lifestyle with physical activities and balanced diet and especially get vaccinated fully as the following recommendations:

  • First, you should have a healthy lifestyle and sleep well – at least 7 to 8 hours per night. Also, allow yourself to relax and avoid stress.
  • Second, you should maintain and improve your fitness. Starting your fitness habit is really good for your health! Also, try to be more active between working shifts!
  • Third, you should maintain a healthy diet. Avoid oily or fried food, eat more vegetables, fruits and foods rich in vitamins. In particular, avoid stimulant abuse with alcohol, coffee and tobacco.
  • Finally, the most important thing is to be fully vaccinated – which means getting enough doses of vaccines and making sure that the time between the shots is in accordance with the recommendations and instructions of one authorized health facility!
