People with COVID-19 who are cared for at home should follow these guidelines:
- Self-monitor the symptoms;
- Have utensils, personal belongings and living area separate from other people and family members;
- Rest and do light physical exercise (suitable for current health status);
- Practice breathing for at least 15 minutes every day. [Video link]
- Drink water regularly instead of waiting until thirsty;
- Do not skip meals and increase nutrition intake with food, fruit, fruit juice…
- Maintain a positive and comfortable state of mind.
